About Me: I have been teaching Social Studies for 20 years.
I did coach girls soccer for 14 years 6 of those at the varsity level, and three as the Head Coach.
Prior to teaching, I worked as an automotive mechanic for three years and, two years as a store manager for McDonalds.
I am a military veteran. I served in the US Army from 1988-1991. My MOS was 52D. Basically, I was a generator mechanic, but the Army called me "a power generation equipment repairman". I did participate in Operation Desert Storm and was honorably discharged in 1991.
Hobbies: going to church, jogging, soccer, reading, and spending time with the family. (Maybe I should have put family first,. Hope my wife doesn't see this)

- I am a proud product of HCISD (born and raised in Harlingen) I have been a teacher for over 20 years and I absolutely love watching children grow and reach their potential. In addition, I enjoy soccer, reading and spending time with my family.
